Good Game Zenzog,
Spoiler: show
Dole went off in one of the most action packed FOF games I've ever watched

It had everything, 2 pick 6's, a KR for TD, a Blocked Field Goal, a 2-point conversion and a player with 291 receiving yards.

It's probably one of the craziest games I've ever watched in solevision.

Great Game Zenzog.

Hosint an underperformign LAS squad, but oru poor tackling CBs could be the answer for their athletic receiving corps. Also no texcited about Johnny Schwartz covering Crabtree.

LAS efficiently uses 11 plays to get an opening TD an dback to back sacks derail us at midfield. A nice stop after our pin gives us great field position but RB Holzer gets stufffed on 3rd adn short and we shank the FG attempt. LAS has their own failed completion on 3rd but we promptly throw a pick.6 to the rookie Barber.

Former Sodbuster Nichols disrupts our 3rd down pass and we pin LAS once again and retaek possession at midfield. We finally string together soem completiosn only to se our TE get banged up and and to throw a pick in the endzone. We get oru own pick to limit the damage and Crabtree has a couple grabs for us to make i ta one score game. Howver we offer little resistance as Bailey is just playing pitch and catch otu there and they go back up 14. And we go conservative during the last minute still gettin got midfield before throwing a pick on eh Hail Mary.

Noting a theme here, man do we throw a lot of INTs.

Not to dissapoint we get a few completions and then throw another pick and LAS is up 21 on a long draw up the gut. OK yea my eyes are beginnign ot glaze over but LAS dos go up 28 on more nice passing. We did get down inside tei r10 again with oru backup QB stepping in but a bad hold led to 0 points once more. The Schnitzel QB experience actually added 2 mroe TDs fairly quickly ot have s down 14 with 12 minutes left.

Not overly concerned with double coverage, the Schnitzel continues his masterpiece backup performance and with 6 minutes left we are down 1 TD. We get it back with 3 minutes left but we throw our 5th dang pick of the game to essentially end things.

Well I think it is time to take responsibility, not sure what exactly but obviosuly we are doing something very wrong.

The game stats don't reveal much, both teams ran well and passed fairly well, they got soem sacks but th e voerall pressure pct. wasn't huge. We were great on 3rd and both teams were lights out in the RZ when not throwing picks. The 2 missed FGs certainly didn't help but really we just made one or two mistakes too many.

Except for yardage passing, Toros and Rockets are nearly equal in stats. 1 TD, two picks each. However, the Toros had significantly more plays run, which is fine. Duane Johnson RB had a decent day at 65 yards, but we still couldn't garner a win. QB O'Neill needs to take a step here on his journey, a big step.

wow this is going to be a long season on offense. a couple of big plays late pulled it out. rookie qb gets his first win. his first pick and td thrown. rushing td and late game heroic. he played garbage other than that. oh well it's development year.

Dear God I'm still watching the solevision what is happening this game

Omaha can't stop the run and Detroit can't complete a pass

Special teams blunders on both sides and the linemen are all so spooked by the pass rush almost every big play is called back for holding

GG Smitty, Marcus Dole is a disgusting player on every level

The offense is ugly but the defense is looking good. Now that I have some base info to look at, let's see what we can do about that offense.

GG Seattle. A win is a win for us.

GG SlimMikey...

This game was way closer than the score indicates. Essentially we held Boston in check most of the day but committed two costly turnovers.. Militia were winning late in the 4th when it fell apart. Picton would have made a difference in this one...... UGH!! This is going to be a long year.

GG Shooter.

Needed a 50 yard FG to win it as time expired. What a game!

Your QB Graham completely owned my secondary. We couldn't stop your passing attack.

Good game Spadaro88. The finish in this one fell just short of being one of the biggest comebacks in CFL history.

Let's jump to the 4th quarter
10:47 remaining in the game. SA 33 ACO 10
- ACI QB Amadro leads his team to the SA 3 yard line but fails on a 4th down play.

6:32 remaining
- SA with a chance to run the clock but held to a 3 and out.

4:14 remaining
- Amadro (20/31, 185 yards. 1 TD / 1 INT) replaced by backup Hauer. Gutsy move by the coaching staff.
- Hauer leads ACI to the SA 16 yard line but oh no, not again. 4th down pass incomplete. BUT WAIT - defensive holding on SA. New lease on life. Next play is an 11 yard touchdown pass. After a successful 2 point conversion, it is 33-18.

2:14 remaining
- Onside kick. It's recovered by ACI.

:50 remaining
- Hauer finishes a quick drive with a 12 yard pass to WR Stephenson for a TD. Extra point is good. 33-25

:40 remaining
- Onside kick. RECOVERED by rookie WR Forrester

:08 remaining
- 4th and 5 on the SA 48. Hauer with a hail mary. ITS CAUGHT! Touchdown Phantoms.... 33-31

:08 remaining
- Still need a 2 point conversion to tie. It's good. 33-33
- Looks like overtime

OT 10:00
- SA wins the toss and will receive

(OT: 10:00) Sawyer Glenn kicked off 48 yards from the SAO35. Byron Hanley returned the ball 24 yards to the ACI41. Tackled by Ramon Boese. Ball was fumbled and recovered by SAO Ramon Boese on the ACI41.
1-10-ACI41 (OT: 09:53) Sammie England pass completed to TE Alvin Stone for 6 yards. Tackled by DT Tanner Ljunghammar.

- Wow. SA has an excellent return and recover their own fumble to keep the ball in great field position.
- A quick drive to the ACI and a 34 yard field goal wins the game.

Is there a QB controversy in Atlantic City?

15,000 peeps on-hand to witness the “game of the century” between El Paso and Tucson..

“Rocketmqn” Wyatt Sullivan continues his average play, and we are also unable to run the ball... Definitely need to move the ball better and take advantage of Red Zone opportunities.. Rockets are able to steal one, as the defense plays very well...

We need help at skill positions... looking to add a RB or WR via trade.. hit me up if you have someone you don’t “love” anymore...

Good game Sverngold

This may have been the greatest hangtime for a punt ever to end the game:

4-15-SCU47 (4Q: 00:10) Rich Basinger punted 34 yards. Justin Pritchett called for a fair catch at the SEA19.

10 seconds for a punt with a fair catch? That punt had to have been in the air for about 7 seconds and for just 34 yds. Moonshot.

GG Durham,

Brooklyn should have lost that game and were lucky to win. The Bulldogs shut down the run and showed why Arnold is a top tier. The Brawlers' D was solid again this week getting 3 INT's against the rookie QB, but Ortiz showed his moxy and will be great.

To quote ACI..."Let's jump to the 4th quarter"...

With Brooklyn up 10-9, seven minutes left in the fourth quarter, Brooklyn connects on a 65 yard TD to make it 17-9 (after Durham's K Murphy has already shanked a PAT and sliced a FG)....
With just over 3 minutes remaining, Brooklyn's CB Donaldson steps in front of TE Douglas and records his second INT...
Brooklyn is thinking to run out the clock and promptly RB Shannon coughs it up for the Brawlers' only TO. Sammie "STUD S" Szczepaniak picks it up and rumbles for 12 yards, leaving over 2 minutes remaining...
Ortiz scrambles for a 1 yard TD with a minute left, but Durham failed to get the 2 point conversion...17-15.

Durham was favored by one at home and Brooklyn, thanks to QB Staat, escaped with a win. Now the Brawlers have three more road games before the bye week.

Best of "Luck or WTF" the rest of the season, because I still don't know how we won that game.

A whole lot of yards for FGs again and again.

Congrats KC fan.

The game winning drive I hated - gave up to huge plays..

We made mistakes all over the field, 14 penalties, 4 trips to the red zone and no tds, passes were being ripped out of my receivers hands constantly (twice in the endzone).

Your defense played great. Best of luck the rest of the season. Skill positions are doing extra curls this week, they've got to catch the ball and help out our young qb in key situations. He's hitting the right guy they just have to hold on to it, we'll get there.

Gg, Dean. A missed EP and missed FG probably contributed largely to our defeat. Your defense did a magnificent job on Ortiz, but despite that, we still had a chance to tie the game at the end, but failed on the 2 point conversion. Good luck rest of the season.

GG Mac.

I was feeling worried after the first 2 weeks. Hughes and the offense did enough and the defense stepped up and played. Good to get the win but we lost Kemp for the rest of the season.

Good luck to you too.
