Well that sisn't how I expected it to go but we will take it.

Mitchem throws 4 picks and they contain Holzer but we still manage 50% on 3rd and 2/0 in teh RZ to escape with a 7 poitn win and the game ends with Jimmy at our 15 or so.

How?

A crazy defensive performance with ALAs running backs going 19 for 8 yards and Jimmy at 50% completions and les than 2 YAC/catch. ALA went an amazingly bad 0/11 on 3rd.

We still have to dial back out intermediate passing it seems but always nice to get a W with a -4 TO margin.

Close game going into the 4th, but the defense comes through with a pick 6 and the offense is able to kill a lot of clock to seal the win. Morton has his first 100 yard rushing game.

Darusmont throws 3 picks and we lose our #1 pick Sanderson for 4 weeks with a knee. So there's that.

We win back to back games for the first time in 3 seasons.

Thanks, Dean. Been a busy week and haven't had a chance to actually watch the game yet. Wesson came up big. I do like that backside TE flag play, but it's hard to get it to come up at the right time and to that effect. It was a great game with a lot of back-and-forths. Good Game.

Good luck the rest of the season and maybe we see you for the third year in a row in the playoffs. But it is still early in the season to make those predictions.
