GG Atanta. The score was pretty tight in this one despite our superior ability to churn out yardage. It actually took some late-game heroics to eke out a win. Right now we have nothing to play for as we cannot earn a bye so mostly will look to get healthy the last 2 weeks of the year.

Hosting TUL in the snow, hoping to avenge our last loss to them.

The short game was working for TUL but they coughed it up on a fumble at midfield and we pounded out a FG. WR Kemp had a 40 yard gain for TUL but we held on 1st and goal and they missed an 18 yard FG. We didn't have our first pass attempt until crossing midfield and on the 2nd threw a pick. TUL picked up a couple tough 3rds and this time converted on 3rd and goal to go up 7-3. We got stuffed on 3rd and 1 only to pin them at their 4 and we retook possession at their 44 with just over a minute left in the half only to go backwards.

TUL was 6/8 on 3rd and over 8 ypa in the air while we were 1/4 for -1 yard and a pick. We finally got some passing gains but coughed up our own fumble after getting to long FG range. TUL threatened but booted it into the endzone and we punted it right back. They continued to convert 3rds and ran in another TD for an 11 point lead with 20 minutes left. Nothing doing for our O and TUL added some longer gains and went up 18. We ran it thrice and punted and got a strip sack on 3rd down but TUL recovered, after a nice PR we took over at their 27 with 10 minutes left.

It took less than 2 minutes for us to get 8 points. TUL had an armpunt but the clock was down to 6:17 and our wily vet Terhorst took the reigns on O. We got inside the ten but were bottled up and got the lead down to 7 with 4 minutes left. TUL converted a 3rd and 10 so we didn't get it back until the 2 minute warning with no timeouts at our own 3 yard line. And Terhorst promptly threw a pick to Perry and that was ballgame.

Props to TUL who again just took the pants off of our offense and was devastating on 3rd down. We lost our OG for 4 weeks but have depth there.

ORE is one game back on us for the 2 seed but we beat them earlier this year so we need just 1 more win with 2 6-8 teams left on our schedule.

Pretty frustrating loss for us. We forced turnovers on your first 2 plays of the game which gave us a quick 14-0 lead. However our offense could not get anything going which let you guys get back in it. We jumped back on top with a pick 6, but you were able to score a late touchdown to take the win.

I re-did the offensive gameplan for this game. Our running game was stuck in the mud earlier in the year but we certainly have the personnel to be successful on the ground so I gave them another chance and they went nowhere. Looks like I'll be going back to a short passing attack

GG Fargo. I wasn't sure if we'd be able to pull off another win against you but it worked out in our favor. Good luck the rest of the way.

Woohoo!!

I'll take losing draft position for a win over Shreveport any day!! I'm amazed we shut down Brantley and Co..... Big play in this game was a punt return for a TD that gave us enough of a gap late to make Shreveport one dimensional....

We continue to have success running the ball. With 2 weeks left we are still contending for Top rushing team, Top rushing individual (slim chance), Top run blocks as a team, and Top run blocks by an individual.... Now we just need someone to slow down Fargo and Tulsa....

GG LA

A dominant win against a solid team. Archie Blanchard had no answers against my Defense this season in two games, 9 points scored, 22/57 0 TDS 1 INT. Their backup QB came in and scored a TD late but it didn't matter.

With this win and the LV loss, Honolulu wins the division for the first time in nearly 25 seasons, since 2027.

With this win and the Oregon loss, Honolulu clinches a bye for the first round in the playoffs.

Interestingly enough, the game against Shreveport Week 16 has no implications because it is outside of conference. The only way it affects us is if we win and Fargo loses, then we clinch the #1 seed in the Conference, but then Week 17 would be a meaningless game for us.
