Open your multiplayer game, go to Controls - Participants - Import game files - to grab the new stage file.

If we uploaded a file for Monday's midweek with our weight training and playbook updates, do we need to upload again or are we good for the 2/1 stage?

Looking at the changes made I think we should be good. I can see your changes like a few of the ILB you told to trim down and my changes are there. My playbook changes are there, too.

Shows up on the player card just below their volatility. Says either trimming down or bulking up.
