Has anyone else seen offers made that you did not make?

I had two RFA QBs that I had no intentions of resigning that some how were. I think this should be reported. Is there any other evidence?

when the file gets posted i can check for sure, but it looks like I had a QB get resigned that i didn't put an offer in for.

Edit: Checked the file and a RFA QB was resigned to a contract that I did not offer. It is for year, minimum salary with no bonus, so it really doesn't matter to me fortunately.

This happened to me as well. I had signed a new punter, and the game re-signed my RFA Punter who I didn't offer to and didn't want. This is the only one I've noticed that happened to my team.

I have seen this happen when Global options under multi-player all set to "yes" not "no" as they should be.
The AI will make offers etc.

I don't think this should have been the setting, but I can check. Unless it was on by default, this shouldn't have been the setting that was used.

It seems the scouts sign to fill roster was set to yes, though I'm not quite sure why. It looks like that is something that the person running the sim will have to make sure is turned off in the future.

Luckily, it looks like it was little more than roster filler resigned, and at deals around the min with little to no signing bonus. I didn't see any large contract offers to players. If anyone notices anything more, let me know and I'll see what can be done.

I dont know if this is a bug or not- but hardly any of my players are signing extensions. I have offered them what they want. I reworked the money a little- to even it out some, and acctually offered more in a signing bonus but they won't sign...

I am having the same problem Doug. In one case I [ic90567d]think[/ic90567d] I offered exactly what they asked and they still turned it down. I resubmitted the bid for round three to be sure though.

Well I have not made notes on who I offered exactly what they wanted and all but the ones who I am paying very little have resigned. I know for a fact that I offered quite a few of my players more than they were asking for. Even with reworking the contract, they should be more willing to sign it since I am always offering much more money up front.

Just an FYI, but the computer re-signed two scrubs for me as well. My third string QB and my punter both somehow wound up with new contracts...

I had a RFA center resigned by the computer as well. Not a problem as I was probably going to resign him anyway.

I had two quarterbacks and another player re-inked. Thankfully, they're mostly cheap deals.

I am noticing the same thing as everyone else. My scrub backup QBs resigned with me.
