Just an opinion, but I think it'd be far better to have 2-3 days for each of the first 5-6 stages. That'll give the people with various responsibilities more time to look over their teams, especially since a lot of it will be midweek. Later stages, I don't mind quicker pace so much.

I'd be happy with this schudule:

Today: Day 2
Monday: Day 3
Wednesday: Day 4
Friday: Days 5-6

Not sure after that. May be a good idea to hold up so we don't feel like we have to rush through the draft to quickly as well. Looking at this with the draft, the longest I'd suggest waiting until officailly starting the draft is after the Day 3 sim. Unofficially, if someone is completely intent on taking a play when they're drafting at the top, there's not much we could do.

I would love a schedule like this one and have to say I agree with what daedalus said.

Having exports to send in every night means you have to devote time to the league EVERY night. While this may not seem like a big commitment to some of you, for me, it makes some evening kind of crazy, with the family and everything. It's one thing to be able to find 15-20 minutes to look at your team, adjust your roster and send in your export for your next game, and it's an entirely different thing to plan for a whole season.... Anyway, all of this to say I like this kind of schedule more...

If folks at the top of the draft are ready to pick before then, they can do so (and, given what's available of the draft, that may not be too difficult).

Very good points made to take a little more time to not rush the offseason. Without time to really think over moves now impacts the entire season.

I think MC's timeframe looks good.

woo- this is good news for me, I will be out of town from the 8th-11th so I might not miss any export (possibly won't have time to get one out for the 9th)
