Joshua Urrutia, Memphis QB that led the team to it's only Championship Bowl appearance in 2003, has been brought on as a color commentator for local sports radio in Memphis. He sat down to do a short Q&A about his thoughts of the current team.

Q: The team currently sits at 1-3, what are realistic goals for this team the rest of the season?

Joshua Urrutia (JU): A shot at the playoffs may be a little far off but the team needs to improve as much as it can over the remainder of the season and try to have something to build off of next season.

Q: How do you feel about the development of Emmanuel Cole as the Memphis QB of the future?

JU: He is shaping up into a great quarterback. He just has to allow the game to slow down so he isn't forcing so many bad passes. The team can help him out by bringing in a playmaker or two who can open up the field so he doesn't have to force the throw.

Q: Thank you for your time. Fans can look forward to hearing more from you soon.
