[quote1167baa="flere-imsaho"]1. 4-12 - I have a bad feeling about this season. 2. Hartford - They were already scary, but the addition of Spearman seals the deal. 3. Detroit[/quote1167baa] As an addendum, I'd just like to say that this season will definitely be an experiment for the Boston Panthers. I definitely don't think we're going to do great, but we [i1167baa]are[/i1167baa] in the midst of a [b1167baa]multi-year restructuring[/b1167baa] of the team. In short, I think we'll either do OK, and have a lot of close games, or we're going to be really, really bad. I'd just like to say this, in case I'm 0-8 at midseason and someone accuses me of tanking (not that anyone would do that). |

Oregon's Predictions: 1. 9-7 2. Anchorage (Yes, they are that good) 3. Anchorage (Seriously, have you looked at that team?) 4. We will go a full season without anyone dropping out. Anchorage is my upset special, and I expect them to do great things this year. I think Stretch will put it all together for them in 2007. |

We're at the midway point. All of my predictions make me look like an idiot aside from predicting that my team won't make the playoffs. Seattle still has a shot at making it, but they haven't looked nearly as good as I thought they would. Boise 8-8? Not even going to be close. |

Bump. At least I had one prediction that came true: "4. Dwayne Bridges will not put up big numbers again once teams start game planning for him" |

[quoteded7a22="Raven Hawk"]1. 11-5 2. The Pride - It's our time to shine . . . carpe diem, we'll soon be in cap hell. 3. Hartford 4. I will severely regret trading my '08 1st rounder to draft Stropka. And I probably won't have to wait long to come to a verdict on this one. 5. Shreveport breaks a record of their own and gets 3 players on the 1st or 2nd All-Pro teams. If I had to guess, it would be Koch, Barber, and Gregor. But I reserve the right to be wrong. 6. Shreveport fans come to Pride games in droves, filling the stadium to 80% of its capacity.[/quoteded7a22] 0-6 for me. The closest to the truth is #4. Although I do regret giving up a 1st rounder for Stropka, I don't severely regret it. Stropka ended up starting 7 games for me and playing in all 16, racking up 34 catches, 480 yards and 3 TD's. He seemed to have a fumbling problem early, fumbling 3 times in 5 games, but he kicked that habit by week 6. I still have high hopes for the former Duck. |

[quotec55cf01="JeeberD"]1. 9-7, we backslide after having to deal with Cap Hell. 2. Fargo, the fookin' bastards. 3. Detroit - fff finally gets his ring. 4. Tulsa gets swept by the Rockets (again) and wind up with another top five pick. 5. Dustin Hayes makes me look smart by destroying El Paso passing records left and right. 6. Ernest Lorenzo will lead Cleveland to a six win season.[/quotec55cf01] 1. Wrong...we certainly backslid, though... 2. Wrong, very wrong. 3. Wrong. fff will have to wait another year. 4. Wrong. They finally took a game from us and they'll have like the seventh or eight pick. 5. 6. Ernest did much, much better than I was anticipating... |

[quote046e958="fantastic flying froggies"]1. 9-7. I have a very tough schedule this season, playing much improved Great Lakes teams as well as Durham, Boise, New York, Hartford, Seattle, Shreveport, Oregon, etc... 2. Detroit 3. Hartford - Combine a healthy Oberg with Spearman, and add a not well known yet very efficient defensive unit, and the result is just plain scary for the rest of us! 4. All owners will emulate MrBug and let the AI handle the day to day stuff in their quest for a CFL Bowl ring! 5. Grid Iron will come up with yet another alias and find some way to contribute great graphics to the league. 6. Great soundbytes will come out of the Las Vegas locker room... 7. I've run out of ideas...[/quote046e958] 1. I did better than expected against that tough schedule. 2. Got that one right! 3.wrong the rest was not serious anyway... Interesting note, nobody predicted Denver would win it all... |

[quotee22e9d2="Stretch"]1. 7-9 - The team shows improvement but doesn't quite get over the .500 hump 2. Oregon - again 3. Detroit - FFF is long overdue[/quotee22e9d2] 1. Pleasantly wrong. 2. Pleasantly wrong. 3. Hey..I got the first two letters right of the eventual champion. I think that deserves something! |

I was. I had plenty of decent players on the roster. Not really sure why the team sucked so much. Gonna eliminate the expensive ones that I stretched the cap to keep and try to reload. What a waste of a season. New coaching is in order too. My entire staff is going to turn over this season. |

[quoteeb4a17c="TurfToe"]1. 8-8 2. Tucson, but only because Vegas steals one from Honolulu. 3. Santa Cruz 4. Las Vegas does NOT finish dead last in rushing this year.[/quoteeb4a17c] 1. I was off by one game but in a positive direction, posting a 9-7 blob of mediocrity. 2. One-half point credit for Vegas taking one from Honolulu. It may not have been stolen but it was still acquired. 3. Wrong in more ways than one. 4. I don't have the game in front of me and the html update has switched years but I think I nailed this one. |

[quote773eafd="flere-imsaho"]1. 4-12 - I have a bad feeling about this season.[/quote773eafd] 7-9, actually. Could have been worse. [quote773eafd]2. Hartford - They were already scary, but the addition of Spearman seals the deal.[/quote773eafd] Bingo. [quote773eafd]3. Detroit[/quote773eafd] Detroit had more problems than I thought they would this year. |
