[quotea38bcc7="dberner30"]what a damn joke...first half owned DET...2nd half couldnt find the damn field to play the game on...talk about silly...[/quotea38bcc7] Indeed, after a very rough start for us where the Chicago defense clamped down us, we settled down and took control of the game. Our own defense shuts down Chicago in the 2nd half, keeping them scoreless and holding them to about 40 yards of offense. I've probably hurt my draft pick, but beating Chicago is always so much fun it's well worth it! |

The battles for the wild card are going to be down to the wire, in the WFC where both spots are still wide open, and in the EFC where Durham/Tampa probably has one spot taken care of but with 5 or 6 teams fighting for that last spot. Which means I probably should start looking at some playoff scenarios... |

We're still alive? I guess anything is possible. Good thing I have a soft schedule the next two weeks with powder puffs New Orleans and Honolulu. |

Thanks for doing these fff! [quote472e7e1]Tampa Bay: can clinch playoff spot with *win * Memphis loss * Atlantic City loss [/quote472e7e1] It's nice to be at least somewhat comfortable at this point of the season, not used to that with MP. There is going to be an absolute rat race for that #6 spot though - of course if we lose in week 16 it gets a lot more interesting since a win against Durham will be tough. |

After our loss to El Paso, the Rockets hold their own destiny in their hands. WE win out and we are in the playoffs. It would be nice to win our divisional crown but, the loss to El Paso forced us to climb an uphill battle for the divisional crown. WE just want to play better ball for the rest of the season and hopefully through the playoffs. WE have been on a downhill skid. Injuries are getting better and we should be full strength by playoff time. Congratulations on a good game El Paso. |

[quote4dc1809="Taco"]That was a disappointing loss. Our defense did their job, holding Charleston to 206 net yards, but our offense turned it over 3 times and our kicker missed a field goal. I wish our coach would have gone for it on 4th down a few times instead of punting it into the endzone. We've now lost 3 out of our last 4 games...not looking good.[/quote4dc1809] WOW, the rivalry continues.. That was the ugliest damn game H'ever, 10-7 defensive struggle.. GG Chris, man Hanks is a fuckin beast.. |

I'll have to check to be certain, but I'm 99.8% sure that this is the first time we've ever swept Denver! Edit: Hah! I'm a moron! I lost to Denver in week 6. I was wondering how fff figured they were still in the division race... |

Sorry, that won't fly. We all know Goodwin is this league's version of Tom Brady... |

[quotecba6921="fantastic flying froggies"]Sorry, that won't fly. We all know Goodwin is this league's version of Tom Brady...[/quotecba6921] So does that mean Kaeding is responsible for some lame pep talk commercials? or the horrid yawning play call commercial? |

GG Shooter, I am always happy to get a win and come out with minimal injuries when we go up against your D Line. You had some nice drives, but we were able to run the ball and keep Kaeding in an upright position. Kaeding had a QB rating over 140 and hit 8 different receivers. That is tough to defend. |

[quote78ccc5e="Cheesehead Craig"]Golly gee that was a swell game the Outlaws played. It was really super that a punt got blocked and a kickoff was returned for a TD against us. The guys tried real hard but aw shucks it just wasn't their day.[/quote78ccc5e] |
