GG KCY.

Man did we dodge a bullet there with time running otu on your comeback.

Our O was very streaky, at the start it looked like we could put up 5o points as we racked up nearly 200 yards in the 1st Q. Then we dissapeared for 20 minutes before adding 3 FGs on in the final third.

Somehow both teams only managed 3 hurries/sacks combined as Gruenevich proved very difficult for us to bring down and oru pass pro was excellent.

They may have rolled us if it were not for the 4 Bad throws and 3 drops and our small advantage all the same was mostly attributed to the RZ performance where our D tightened up considerably.

Still can't get my RBs to add meaningful yardage passing and more sloppiness with the ball but hey a W is a W and still no injuries.

Up against a similar LA squad next.

Dude, I was 3rd in our division at one point early last year - 3rd.

It's way too early to know if this season is over.

Gg, BazookaJohnny. A few growing pains this time around for Ortiz, but our defense managed to stifle the Texas offense, and we come away with our first win.

Bet you got more than the Toros 58 total yards. FIFTY-EIGHT for the love of Pete....

GG Brooklyn, and by that, I mean thank you for not rolling us 70 something to 3.

gg Slim

Although I should be happy with our performance today, there's still too much inefficiency on offense.

The plan was to dial back the urn a little bit against your stout run D, but we passed way too much. Even though McKnight threw for 5 TD's, he likely could have had more if it weren't for all the miscues. After throwing for a first down and having it called back by a holding penalty, we went sack, penalty, sack to finish that drive. We had 2 fumbles, and INT, and a blocked FG that should have been the end of us, but our defense bailed us out again.

The defense was on point yet again, but we gave up a long scamper to another young stud RB. I was pleased with most of our job against Barker, but that 51-yard TD is another in a long line of gouging runs we've given up the past few seasons. I will take the 32 yards allowed on the other 13 attempts any day of the week. Penalties were an issue on defense this week, but I'm hopeful this will work itself out as the season progresses.

I drafted a QB specifically to hold kicks, then cut him for a better kick holding rookie QB, only have my lame-ass punter holding kicks. I remember it being discussed that Special Teams should be turned on for QB's and off for Punters if you want the QB to be the holder but that does not seem to be a button the player card anymore. WTF?!

always nice to get a W... only my 4th one, since joining the league, woohoo, very happy... silly, but my whole day is better now... won my other game in USFL, too, so... today is a good day..

2nd yr QB Sullivan throws for 373 and a pair of TD's to squeak by Iowa City.. The 600 people in El Paso that still follow the team are calling him "Rocketman"....

Defense playing better than expected... 1st rd pick tristan horde looks like a bust ratings and bar wise, but has a pick and two sacks this season.. hoping he's better than he looks haha

just noticed we are favorites vs Tucson next week.... that doesn't happen to often.. it'd be great to start off 2-1....

Good game, Iowa....

GG Baldy! A really weird and frustrating game to watch for me as my special teams really crapped themselves on the field. Punter is averaging the lowest in the league, return man is muffing punts... it's gross. Mitchem back to early 2057 form, hoping he's just slacking off until crunch time.

Really the only good thing I've got is my defense...

Momma there goes that man alert

Good game raven hawk?? We got worked - turnovers and bad penalties combined with a terrible defensive gameplan and even worse execution all lead to us getting smacked.

Tip of the cap to you and your gameplan though, we could not stop your offense. This is the most points I've given up since joining and we are all humbled lol.

Good luck the rest of the season!

GG. I think our defense did a fair job but you're right. Our offense just never really got going. We are in the middle of a tough road stretch to start the year so hopefully we can turn it around.

DE Albert Kramer have yourself a game big fella! 2 sacks, 2 hurries, 4 knockdown and a forced fumble. Defense had a heck of a game overall and didn't allow a trip inside our red zone. Overall, got 4 turnovers.

Offense ran the ball very well again, Kelley threw 2 more picks but at least had 2 TDs this week. Red zone offense was better.

GG Baltimore. Our guys were pumped up for the home opener.

Such an odd game - score looks like a blowout but the Attack's two TD drives covered a combined 2 plays and 12 yards. The 3rd TD was an interception return.

Apparently your coach has been reading some media reports calling out the Attack secondary as your QB threw 62 times! My front 7 had a combined 20 hurries to protect the secondary.

Congrats Ushi

Got a TD called back again on a penalty. 3rd this season. Intelligence, Intelligence, Intelligence might be the most important O-line 'skill'.

Also! - suspect Fargo had soaped up the ball before the game. 4 fumbles all in all.

Fargo might be a contender this season...

GG Sverngold, even though the Toros had a really bad game. Not only did you only have 58 total yards (-2 yards rushing for the game), but only three first downs and they all came in the fourth quarter (one by penalty). On the bright side the Toros only had one penalty. To top it all off we lost our starting RT in week one and our undrafted free agent rookie started and received player of the game.

Best of luck the rest of the season,
Dean Gullberry

Sloppy game overall, including 5 fumbles and 2 interceptions.

We played good defense for 3 quarters and evidently headed to the bus.
