When I try to import game settings, I get the following.

Import Succeeded. But no saved game was downloaded from the server. Please check with your commissioner.

Open the game but do not load a league.
Go directly to import files and there will be a drop down menu.
Choose CFL from that menu and it should import the latest file.
If that doesn’t work try restore career the same way
One of those should do the trick

Cool. Thanks folks. Solved a different way. Was trying to access with my phone as a mobile hotspot. Guess it couldn't get enough signal to stay stable, so once I got to a stable wireless point, it loaded fine.
