Noticed a couple teams over the cap, are we allowed to go over the cap during the season? I know this came up in another league and there was no rule against it. What is the rule on this in the CFL? |

It's discouraged but there's no rule against it. It does prevent them from signing anyone if they get an injury so it's a double edged sword.

The cap shown inseason is a bit wonky since ot charges you the whole salary instead of the partial per game calc. |
