Full Ushi treatment this week...we decided to double Hendon a good bit andwill see if Woodard picks us apart on D especially downfield, on O we actually cranked up the passing a bit as I don't think we will be able to hold them under 20 points.

Woodard finds Hendon twice in row despite the double for 37 yards to start and RB Hancock rips off a chunk on a 3rd down screen, a defensive hold on 3rd down gives BOI fresh set of downs in the RZ but we pick Woodard in the endzoen as he goes to a doubled Hendon once more. 2 completiosn and 2 godo runs get us ot the orange zone but then we draw a holding call and are bailed out finding Fence downfield and he grabs a YAC chunk for us on teh next snap and we pound it in for 6. Woodard throws another pick into double coverage on 3rd and we grind it to the 10 before finding Sigrest in teh corner of the endzone. BOI gets stuffed on 3rd and short efore we throw our own pick targeting Crabtree deep. BOI get s failed complete on 3rd and long and the K knockes through a 53 yarder to open teh 2nd quarter.

Sherman throws another pick and WR Warren grabs a short pass on 3rd and short in stride to paydirt but they miss the XP. HOlzer grabs a chunk up the left side and midseason elusive back Meadows creates a crease up the gut for a 34 yard TD but we also miss the XP. Boi is connecting on teh short stuff but missing deep and Hendon does get another YAC chunk against a double and another interemdiate grab to set them up at our 21 befor edrawing consecutive flase starts and an under duress Woodard throws a pick 6 on a screen pass. Hancock is getting bottled up until he slips htrough our D on teh right side for 44 yards but Woodard promptly throws a 3rd pick to a doubled Hendon. We get to the passing section of oru GP but aren't consistent enough and get stranded midfield. An OL penalty leads to 1st and 20 for BOI and he goes thrice to a doubled Hendon but the rush and a drop means they can't move it. Fence gets a couple short completiosn for us but we stall otu on a 3rd and 5 run that fails miserably and connect on teh FG. BOI goes backwards in the 1 imnute drill.

6 INTs in teh 1st half, I would guess 4 for the gme but this has been a bit excessive. All adds up to a 21 poitn advantge though so we will take it.

We keep dropping back and it has me nervous but find seldom used WR Hicks on 3rd and 10 and then Holzer grabs another 30something yard chunk on teh right side this time but we are stifled once more on 3rd and 5 and settle for 3. Woodard has a couple misfires on this series and teh QBs are a combined 25/54 with 6 picks at this point. A ppor punt means we get it near midfield and are lucky to recover a fumble rushing before converting a 3rd and short to a doubled Fence. We run and get oen Te grab to st up 1st and goal but throw a pick to CB Cheli on 3rd and long. BOI can't get out of their own end so we take over enar mdiifeld once more. TE catches his 3rd underneath pass with YAc for the day but we acn't convert eh 3rd and 4 either this time and are lucky to grab a longish FG once more. 3andO for BOI and we have backup Langhoff in (who might actualyl be better than oru starter Sherman) we grind it down to the 4th quarter before ailing on another 3rd and 5.

But opt to go for the 4th and 3 and convert and cough it up on a 3rd down scramble but recover and kick the FG to safely put this one away up 30. Backup Fitzgerald (also a former Sodbuster) promptly comes in and delivers 2 bombs but they get bottled up in teh RZ and settle for 3. We fumble the KR and they take over but eat a huge sack and settle for 3 once more.

As is typcial we get a serious head injury to our LG during garbage time.

Well we pretty much sniped their O GP and despite struggling in teh air ourselves especialyl on 3rd our INTs happened at better tiem sthan theirs. Was ncie ot see the run game get soem solid work in as well and our RZ D helped us build a nice lead.

I think our young players just got a little too frustrated with the penalties and let the game slip down the stretch. Hopefully next season we will be better...
