| Post subject: | FFF Rankings - week |
It was an unusual week in the CFL in the sense that ALL games featured a matchup between teams from each conference. It was only the 2nd time this season; the first time was in week 2, and featured a thorough beating of the East by the West 12 games to 4. This time around, the results were quite different, as the Eastern Conference, arguably weaker this season, beat the Western Conference 9 games to 7. The East was especially helped by 2 big upset wins from Memphis over Boise and Cleveland over Fargo. For the time this season, a team, [b7bd94b9]Honolulu[/b7bd94b9], manages to keep its #1 ranking for 3 consecutive weeks. Can the Blue Pacific do it one more week? The [b7bd94b9]Detroit Vampires [/b7bd94b9]achieve their best FFF ranking ever with a #2 spot. A ranking to be taken with a grain of salt as they have, by far, the weakest strength of schedule in the league. [b7bd94b9]Shreveport [/b7bd94b9]is the team of the week. The Pride go up 6 spots to #10 after trouncing #4 Seattle. [b7bd94b9]Fargo [/b7bd94b9]is the goat of the week, dropping 6 spots after an expected loss at the hands of the Cleveland Flats. Fargo's high octane offense put a lot of points on the scoreboard as usual but Fargo QB Dwayne Bridges also uncharacteristically handed the game to Cleveland by throwing 4 interceptions. [b7bd94b9]Huntington Beach [/b7bd94b9]keeps sliding. The team, decimated by injuries, drops out of the top 10 for the first time this season down to #12. [b7bd94b9]Hartford [/b7bd94b9]snaps a 4 game losing streak with an overtime win over Tucson, and as a result goes up 4 spots to #14. [b7bd94b9]Arizona [/b7bd94b9]is anchored in last place, and has the dubious honor of being the first (and only) team officially out of playoff contention. And now, without any further ado, here are your rankings! <img src="http://gaillardpatrick.free.fr/FOF_Leag ... 006_12.jpg"> Best possible score: 102 pts Worst possible score: -104 pts |

We are frighteningly close to what i THINK would be our first positive score ever in the FFF pole? At least the first positive score this far into the season... Per usual, nice work FFF! |
