:( Doh! I am sorry for the trouble. It was announced here, although looking back I should have made it more visible...

Oh cripes, what a thriller - Greg Rice scores on a 64-yd catch-and-run (51 yds after the catch) and then sets up the winning FG with a 42-yarder with 22 seconds left... of course, that was all for naught as the Breakers took the last playoff spot ahead of us.

Edit:
OK, we didn't really have a shot anymore at the playoffs, it was Tampa who was edged out by New Orleans...

Huntington Beach took care of business but it was too little, too late. Sacramento controlled their own destiny and came away with the win. Congratulations to Sacramento.

A very fun year but we're off to play some golf.

I don't think I've ever seen this before: three 10-6 teams didn't make the playoffs!

A game we probably should have won. My terrible pass defense actually didn't do too bad. 2 sacks, 10 hurries, and 3 picks. Gave up 292 yds on 46 attempts. Just not enough, though. A 27 yard punt from our own six doomed us in overtime. Great game, GI. Good luck in the playoffs.

I knew I shouldn't have talked about Styblo's wife. Bastard missed two field goals that would have been the difference... :)

GO DRAGONS!!!

Castlerock, you indeed had a nice season, a great start to it, although it looks like you peaked a bit early. My team, well we got lucky :)

Bah, lost again to Fargo, but at least Bridges didn't carve us up like he did last time.

And the important thing is that we suffered no injuries and have a bye week to rest up before we play again... :D

Good game.

I definitely had luck on my side.

Now, I gotta figure out how to beat Boise three times in one season!

Indeed it does. But is sucks half-a-game less than last year's 12-3-1 with a first round game, so that's something to feel better about. :)

The worst part, though, is having to play that first playoff game on the road. *sigh*

How on earth does Ronnie Tu get offensive player of the week for his pedestrian 25/36 for 276 yards and 1TD? My boy Drew Holliday put up a nifty 25-174-3TD effort and gets no love?!

Stupid Solecismic.

We had a bit of a slide at the end but still managed 10 wins. I had high hopes after our blazing start, though.

I will be waiting to see how our 4 serious (25-40 week) injuries heal in the off-season and if those guys can make it back without serious ratings hits.

Yep - New Orleans is in as the last team.

Even though I hate losing to a division rival, this was a meaningless game for me and I'm just glad that I didn't have any injuries. With a 1st round bye, it means I will have all my starters ready for the playoffs.

On a fun note, my QB Mathias was pulled from the game on the following play after he broke the franchise passing yards season record... I love my FOF in moments like these...

It should be a good one. Going into the season I never would've guessed that you would sweep me, just comparing rosters. Hopefully the third time is a charm, though.
