If your autopick is off, the draft utility will not pick for you or pass you if the clock time expires. You will be on the clock indefinitely until you pick, even though the clock says otherwise.
So, myself, GE or Doug will turn on your autopick to "once" if you fail to make a pick within the time period.
If no one is in your autopick queue, we will select the next highest rated player for you, no matter what the position--except no punters or kickers.
