Oh yes! QB Philip Barbieri had a huge day, look at this line: *7 Barbieri 36 30 328 9.1 27 2 0 2 WR Huey Brown was terrific as well with 9 of 10 passes caught for 111 yds and 2 TDs. The offense also got quite an earful from a certain blabbering DE who had a very good game, 4 tackles, 3 assists, 1.5 sacks and two hurries. |

A good game by New York, greatly helped by my Vampires who basically self-destructed... 4 turnovers early in the game, 2 of them returned for scores, a shipload of penalties, I basically handed the game over to the Knights. I did say before the game they were much better than their 1-3 record... Damn! |

Not only did I get my ass kicked, but my only solid corner, Orlando Pilcher, is out 23 weeks with a torn ACL. I'm really bummed about that because it will seriously interfere with his chances in playing in the CFL Bowl this year! Well, at least Kuhn didn't throw any interceptions! |

[quote5761e49="Condors"]We won? must be a bug[/quote5761e49] At first, it didn't bother me so much. Then, I looked at the box score. Statistically, we looked like the winning team. Oh, it must have been the 3 missed FG?!?! Looks like we got Felixed... Oh, and the Outlaws nailed their one FG with :44 left in the game. Nice game condors! We'll get you next time. |

I beat winless Chicago to go 2-3 and come up off the floor of my division! Yay! Future HOF QB Harry A. started the scoring with a 41 yard TD pass to FL Armitage, by the way, showing up all you haters. |

Man, what happened to my pass defense this year? At first I thought my stats were skewed because I played Fargo early on, but every one is burning my secondary. And watch out for Motormouth! 2 sacks in 2 games! It's a contract year... |

Well, we got the win over Tulsa and are now back in first place in the division, but Hayes threw another three picks, making it 12 interceptions over the past three games for him. He has a good completion percentage, but when his passes go awry they seem to find the other team's secondary quite often. |

Huntington Beach squeaks by Fargo for another win. My secondary got torched time and again for long gains. Bridges connected on passes of 48, 32, 36, 55, 37, and 48 yards. Check out Fargo's box score: [quote3993c60]Rushing Att Yards Avg Long TD 16 Bridges 2 10 5.0 5 0 Passing Att Comp Yards Yd/Att Long TD Int Sckd 16 Bridges 61 29 465 7.6 55 3 3 1[/quote3993c60] They attempted 61 passes and only 2 rushes (both by Bridges). They did, however, roll up 465 yards of passing offense. On our side of the ball, RB Frazee had his best day yet in a Hunting Beach uniform. 29 carries for 133 yards and 1 TD. Our defense was able to completely shut down Fargo's offense at the end of the game. Davis hit only 1 of 4 field goals. |

Another Cleveland victory. If we could establish a running game, I'd be a little more impressed. It won't happen next week, as both Toothpick Lang and my rookie FB won't play against Hartford. Ernest Lorzenzo with another big game. 19-30 for 347 yards with 2 TD's. I'll take it. My defense played very well, only allowing Atlantic City into the red zone once. I'll take it with that rag-tag bunch |

First, a tip of the cap to Aylmar. A well fought game, all around. An especially tough one to lose. I was super-miffed at how many penalties we incurred - including critical a roughing the kicker and numerous defensive holding penalties. An illegal formation penalty also killed a huge 23 yd gain early in the game and killed a drive. Strange that we got hit with so many penalties, considering how disciplined this team has been. I was also super-[iff536c9]duper[/iff536c9] miffed at the comeback engine - we'd held Dever to 0/6 on long passes for the day until he uncorked a 50 yarder to our 16 with 1:23 left in the 4th quarter, with Seattle down by 2 points. Three plays later they scored a TD which effectively ended the game. I hate that shit. Finally - there are times that I simply cannot understand what goes through my coach's mind. Holliday only got 15 carries - and his backup got 9. Why does this happen? Holliday's playing time is a 7 and we had a heavily run-based game plan. Stupid, stupid, stupid. *grumble grumble* Still, Dever did enough to get the win and was superb on 3rd down. Seattle deserves a ton of credit for the win. Congrats Aylmar! |

This team is going to be imploded at the end of the season. The cap is out of control and the players cant get it together. What a miserable bunch of underperformers. |
