Today four teams announced that they will also have a new head coach for 2008. 1. The [b4405be6]Charleston Monitors[/b4405be6] have hired Rod Caputo, who coached the Cleveland Flats last season. 2. The [b4405be6]Detroit Vampires[/b4405be6] have brought in Damon Delgado as their head coach, his first coaching position in the CFL. The 41-year old coached Michigan State University for the past two seasons. 3. The [b4405be6]Long Beach Calibri[/b4405be6] chose B.J. Ashcraft, who took the 2007 season off. Previously he had been the head coach for the Tulsa Talons. 4. Finally, the [b4405be6]Tampa Bay Torpedoes[/b4405be6] have promoted their defensive coordinator, Adrian Winslett, as their new head coach. |
