1. Begin a new game of FOF2k4 2. Click on the MP Window 3. Under Participant Functions, click Enter New Career 4. For the League ID number, enter '00856000' 5. Choose the team assigned to you by the league 6. Click Begin without draft 7. Delete the file the "Q" file it tells you to send to your commish 8. Download the league file 9. Unzip it your leagues folder in the FOF2k4 folder 10. Load FOF2k4 11. Open the MP Window 12. Click Load Game 13. Select "00856000" 14. Enjoy!
