Hartford has a SoS value of 0.5, TB's is -1.6.
Hartford 's FOF power ranking is 86, TB's is 66.

Both teams are about even in terms of turnover ratio (+6 for Hartford, +5 for TB) and streaks (4 game winning streak for Hartford, 3 consecutive W for TB).

Tampa does have one more win than Hartford, but that extra win does not compensate all the above stats.

Basically, Hartford is much better than their 7-2 record indicates (which is pretty scary IMHO).

Good to know the logic behind it.

FWIW, I wasn't questioning it, just pointing out that it was interesting . I often wonder about my team.. as you point out, we're middle of the road in offense and defense, yet we're top 10 in scoring and i think 6th in scoring defense... seems like that can't keep up forever...
