Not who is going to be, but who SHOULD be? Feel free to share who you think the game might make the MVP if you think it may differ from your opinion. |

I think it has to go to Timothy Gordon. He led his team to a league best 14-2 record. He has similar stats to Hurst with a better record. Stack 5 rushing touchdowns on top of that and I think you have a winner. Reubenstein gets a close second from me, but I think that an MVP RB needs to have a better avg than 3.3. Then again, we're all 'stuff the run' happy teams. |

The game has got it right, Gordon has the wins and the stats and did it with a lesser supporting cast. Hurst has Rubinstein and Alden Roy, Barre has Alexis Rounds and two 1000-yd receivers, Doney and Lore. |

[b17814ee]Rueben Albertson - 105 Catches, 1547 Yards, 11 TDs[/b17814ee] All three stats were league leading, yards and TDs were single season records, catches was 2nd most ever off the record of 107. |

Dola: If you want a darkhorse candidate: OLB Jeffrey Weinstein, the only player in the league this year to have 100 solo tackles and 10.0 sacks. |

In the race between Hurst and Gordon, I have to go with Hurst. Hurst went 12-4 with a defense that was in the bottom 5 of the league in yards allowed per rush and pass attempt, Charleston was number 7 against the pass and 17th against the run. Not great Add to that the combo of Woodard and Severance was more effective running the ball than Rubenstein. I don't think it's a stretch to say that Gordon had a better team around him, so the better record isn't a surprise. Hurst lead a team with one of the worst defenses in the league to a first round bye, had the best season of any QB numberwise, MVP. |

Backup QB, Luke Alston! For leading the scrubs in a week 17 win while the starters got chewed out by the coaching staff I voted for Hurst. He had the better stats and didn't have as much help as Gordon, to boot. Charleston had the better running game to complement Gordon, and its defense was better all around. |

Doesn't the game list the season awards for the 2003 season still? Am I missing something? [quote1c916d5="3ric"]The game has got it right, Gordon has the wins and the stats and did it with a lesser supporting cast.
