Taco, I wanted to thank you for the spontaneous updates this season. It was almost like Christmas to see that a new file was out even though a specific round or set of rounds was not complete.

I hope this practice continues in future drafts, the more spontaneous and sporadic the better, as it was almost like a scrath off lotto ticket every time I checked in.

Kudos as always.

Seconded.

It also helps pass the waiting by allowing us to analyze our picks and see how others did.

It also helps to change strategy in mid-draft when you see one of your picks did not come out as well as expected...

But I like the updates too, it's much easier to follow in the later rounds.

Bingo.

Thanks, Taco! It's been interesting every time I've opened the new draft file.

Another request for Taco:

When the draft is over, can we get 2 files:

One that is after the draft, but before entering Late FA.
One that is after entering Late FA.

That way those of use with a lot of 7th round picks can see what their guys look like before they get their Late FA hit.

Thanks!

I don't think they get a late FA hit anymore - the first change we see in our rookies is during training camp now, isn't it?

Speaking of hits after the draft, my scout said he wanted to do a line and get some pussy when the draft finished up. Apparently my stressing efficiencies and effectiveness within the organization has paid off:

Hmm...when I download the "afterdraft" file it still shows picks just through 6.26. Is this a cache thing on my end?

Shouldn't be a cache issue because it's a different file name. Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm not sure this is even worth worrying about - the late FA file shows my rookies as having exactly the same ratings as during the draft. I don't think the ratings will move again until TC.

Fonzie is right here, there's no change between the two in 2k7.
