Don't we also have a 70 player max rule for the rosters?

(ROSTERS
A team may never have more than 70 players under contract at any one time.)

Honolulu have 74!!

And Huntington Beach have already committed $194m to contracts for next year excluding any draft picks not yet signed this year or may be made next!! :shock: Cap is only $176!!

Same deal as before with this... Honolulu has a chance to get to 70 with their next export. If they don't, the last four guys they signed will be cut.
