GG Turftoe. Both of our teams have been off their games for much of the early season. Hopefully this big win will help mine get back on track. Vegas hit a lot of long passes but just couldn't finish any drives until it was too late. |

Our first 4-0 start since 2009! Our win wasn't pretty today, and the Massacre helped us by committing several penalties, but I'll take it. |

Wow, we were shut down by Shreveport... take away Timothy Connell's 30-yd run and we didn't have a single skill player gaining more than 31 yards in total! |

I think I need to stop trying to get fancy with the game plans and stick with what worked last year. No more safeties starting at corner, that's for sure. I understand going for it on 4th down when you're behind but 4th and 10 on your own 28? Brutal. Especially when you guys ran it in from 24 yards out the very next play. GG Timmy, hopefully we will get another shot at you this year but it doesn't look good from our end. |

GG Muggert! We lose the turnover battle as Seattle scores on us every time we turn it over. Tough to win when that keeps happening. We still are off to a good start and hopefully we can get back on track with some home games coming up. |

GG El Paso. This is a good news/bad news scenario. The good news is that HB goes to 3-1 with their win over El Paso. HB won only 2 games all last season, so 3 wins after 4 games is pretty decent. The bad news is HB has had so many injuries we can barely field a team. I have an idea! No, I guess not. Well, HB will keep battling, but wins may be few and far between the rest of the way. HB |

GG Honolulu. It was a good close game where neither team could move the ball in the 4th quarter. The teams combined for 52 yards of offense that quarter with 34 of that coming on the last drive of the game when we killed the last 4 minutes of clock. Rookie 1st round pick CB [player]Dan Burroughs[/player] got his first interception. On the down side, we lose ANOTHER player to a season-ending injury. This time it's at MLB, a position where we have no depth. I'm glad to be going on the road to get off this horrible-ass turf. |

We go 0-4 in a blaze of emphatic glory and I don't quite know how in hell's name to correct this ship. Wumpy II Wylder is playing much better than I expected, has a 67% pass completion and 90pt passer rating, yates is rushing for over 5yds a carry and yet we cant seem to buy a win, beaten by 4pts, 6pts, 1 bloody pt and now 24pts which seems a lot despite a reasonable performance........... ..........aaaaaaaaarrrrrrggggghhhhhhhhh!!!! Maybe I should just have called the team the Texas Lions |

GG Texas, There was quite a turn of events through the turnovers. As Texas goes in for the tie, a fumble happens at the six yard line and we drive it in for a TD right before halftime. The announcer mentioned a few times about players looking sluggish because of the cold weather. It was a good game, but ugly ball and the weather in the Rockies was too much to overcome for the warm weathered Inferno. |

Turnovers are on our side this year. Field position was on our side in this game, too. Our longest touchdown drive was 55 yards. Good game, 3ric. Go Shreveport! |

Really glad to go into the bye week 3-1. [player]Everett Norton[/player] is on pace to kick 56 Field Goals out of 60 attempts. With the current record of Field Goals made in a season at 40, I might have just jinxed Everett from ever breaking that record. And let it be known that [player]Morris Crafts[/player] came against the Crows and QB [player]Kent Garrison[/player]. After being very concerned about our defense, they really showed up today and have given me faith that they could be an above average unit. Lastly, the great debate in the 2017 draft was which top 5 QB was better. And in the first head to head match up, [player]Kent Garrison[/player] bested [player]Brent Caputo[/player]. I am sure there will be more games between these two and many more things to consider when they hang up their cleats as to who was better. |
