Well, that was a complete asskicking by Vegas. Their defense just dominated us. 8 PD, 6 hurries, 5 knockdowns, 3 sacks and 3 INTs.

GG TT.

Nothing like losing to El Paso, it's just a friendly reminder that things stay the same....

Woohoo, 5 and 0!

A tough game, much closer than the score shows. It was close all the way to the end. We won the turnover battle, and great play in our red zone resulted in the Tigers scoring only 3 points on 3 trips inside our 20s.

Good game Brooklyn.

It was nice to get back to the basics on both sides of the ball. You guys had a TD called back early which could have forced me to make some adjustments early. You also picked off a 40+ bomb in your endzone which was rather impressive.

You put up some decent numbers on some sustained drives that you just couldn't finish. I look forward to our next game. Reeves is for real.

GG Fargo.

An ugly game by rookie QB Foster: 2 INTs and only 192 passing yards. Fargo had more yards, more first downs, and more plays.

But Fargo also had more turnovers, and I guess that made the difference. HB got its 4th win, double its total from last season.

Once the passing game cohesion gets up, the offense is going to look much better then Reeves and McCarthy can start putting the hurt on teams.

Lots of work to still do but we're finally making headway.

A solid win this week in our home opener. The defense came to life and really shut the door on Memphis for just about 3 quarters by only allowing 53 yards until late in the 3rd. Getting [player]Roy Jones[/player] back in the line-up also helps as he comes back looking like he is in mid-season form to the tune of 162 rushing yards and 1 TD.

GG Santa Cruz,

This game was all about scoring spurts. We go up by 21 and San Cruz comes back to score 24 unanswered points. We were able to put up the W 38-24. I will finally have a healthy team the week after next week.

Is that why Goodwin keeps signing for low money? He's getting sexual favors from the GM?

Hmmm . . . if that's what it takes to win for championships . . .

I disappear for a week and suddenly we start playing better. Maybe I should do this more often!

GG, 3ric, we'll collapse at the end of the season like we usually do.

We call it a "compensation [iac06018]package[/iac06018]" for a reason you know. ;)

So would you love Kent more than Eliza? (I sense we can cause a rift in Tucson with this answer)

I love them both equally.

And at the same time.
