All,

It's with a very heavy heart that I'm going to have to leave the CFL.

I'm going back to school to complete my Master's degree, my job has me working 55+ hours per week and plus we've got our first baby due in June. Throw in other responsibilities and I've just run out of time during the week for a lot of the things that I love. So, I'm having to make some hard decisions and one of them is to leave all of my FOF leagues.

I really hate to do this because I've invested so much time into this league and this team and really enjoy all of the owners here. However, I feel like I'm doing this team a disservice by throwing together exports and half-baked gameplans because I don't have time to do things properly.

I wish you all nothing but the best and I sincerely hope to come back someday when my life is a bit calmer.

TLK just e-mailed and suggested I let the computer control my team until the offseason and then re-evaluate from there.

I'm willing to give that a shot.

I like that option. I was kind of looking forward to you and that roster in a city not named Anchorage. It's what we call potential in the pro sports biz.

Hate to see you go. Hope you can stay, but I understand. Life has higher priorities. Here's hoping you can find the time!

(And congrats on the expected baby!)

Season's almost over and my life is even more hectic now. I really hate to do this but I'm going to have to give up FoF.

Maybe after the baby's born in 3 months I can come back but right now I don't have the time to focus on a football team.

Thanks to everyone I've competed against these last 12 seasons and I wish the next owner more success than I had.

Don't worry, I'll pop my head in from time to time to harass everybody.

You will be missed Stretch.

You can now come out of the closet and wear your black and pink proudly. There will always be a seat available for you in the Rounders owner's box.
