Now for my analysis. I'll just stick to the hidden gems this time. If you're getting starter quality in the 3rd rnd or later, you're doing well.
3.2 Ryan Gora QB - The jury's still out on Gora but if he's better than 50/50 then he's a good pick here.
3.4 Jack Johnston P - I said during the draft that he has the potential to be the best punter the league will see for a long time. I stand by that statement.
3.6 Carl Henry C
3.12 Marlon Greene C - the draft was loaded with centers of starter quality or better. Henry and Greene are no exception. However, Greene's big drawback is his low endurance.
3.14 William Francis K - I almost didn't mention Francis since he's a kicker. However, he'll be a top kicker in the league for a long time.
3.19 A.J. Seiler SS - He doesn't look like much right now but he's on his way up (I hope

). He's a special teams king, too.
3.21 Jerald Parrish TE - This draft was loaded with starting TEs, Parrish is one of them.
3.23 Mo Reilly FS - Looks to have held his value. If so, he's a steal late in the 3rd rnd.
3.28 Mario Chrisman TE - Looks to be a pretty good starting TE.
3.31 Bucky Capuco FB - Powell was the best FB in the draft but Capuco is a close 2nd. Also, the price was right as a late 3rd rounder.
