Wow.... we were equally horrible in every facet of the game.

Costly win. Lost another secondary starter (now starting SS, RCB, and LCB) and the leading yardage WR of the CFL for 4 weeks. Good thing we have jumped out to a 6-0 start because who knows how long the dreaded hamstring injuries will last and who else will get them.

We squeeze by Denver on a last second FG. I now have a player to hate in this league. Congratulations James Winslett, you are now the most hated man in Fargo.
Banner has a tough day, but does enough to get us the win.

GG Denver

Nothing like a good old trashing of Cleveland to make my day. :)

Hope this game starts our season turnaround after a rough start.

What a comeback win for the Outlaws over Vegas!

QB Justin Garner throws for a career high 362 yds. A short catch by Mario Atkins turns into a 52 yd TD with 20 seconds left to give us the 21-20 victory.

Very happy our TEs got involved in the passing game which helped things out immensely. WR Barry Reeves gets 5 catches for 111 yds and 2 TDs which gives him 9 TDs on the season.

GG Turftoe. Glad to finally get that 5 game losing streak to you ended.

WR Johnnie Diaz ties a CFL record today with 15 receptions. He also had 233 yards receiving and 2 TDs.

Maloney and Willkens both rushed for over 100 yards, though it still took us a while to put the Inferno away. GG Texas.

We pulled out a big win against rival New Orleans. It looks like it was going to be a rough game going down 10 early but then the ground game kicked into high gear. It's good to see [player]Roy Jones[/player] back to form this year after a year of nagging injuries.

Both teams played relatively mistake free football with 1 combined turnover and a limited number of penalties. The Deep South division is going to be an interesting race the second half of the year as we have 3 teams fighting for the division and potential wild card spots.

I haven't watched it yet but I don't know that I want to either. I have checked the box score and I'm not sure what went wrong exactly (aside from not scoring enough points).

I'm ready to give up on gameplanning and do it Bug-style because I have been all over the place this year and nothing is working.

I demoted Vandersommen for this game to see if he can get his head out of his ass so we'll see where we are at next week with our running game.

My goal for the season has become two-fold: make it to .500 and take out as many opposing starters as possible. I'm going to dust off the injury defensive game plan and give it a go. Next week vs. Tucson is a good time to start.

The Hitmen kept the game close, but couldn't stop Shreveport's offense enough and did very little with the ball when we did force a 3 and out.

Our passing game is bad. We hit on plays here and there, but miss on far too many easy passes.

Also, had some bad rolls this game, as I knew Shreveport would come out running and we were in pass defense nearly every play. And, it didn't help against the pass anyway.

My QB's very low sense rush is quite a pain in the ass. We lead the league in sacks allowed % and 2nd in opponents PR%. Not stats to be proud of, but my team is kind of a jumble of styles right now, but I think I have an idea of where it can go, although it might take a few drafts/offseasons to get the right personnel.

Arizona got off the bus running today and it took us a little while to clamp down. Once we did that the TE's became active in the 4th quarter.

Our 14-0 halftime lead was misleading as we squandered some drives with penalties and an anemic 3rd down running game. Two 3rd-and-1's went for nothing in the game.

Aside from 2 Outlaw drives in the second half, well one drive and one Reeves homerun, I was pleased with our performance. I believe this is a perfect example of FOF telling you it's not your year or that it's someone else's year. A 4th down conversion with time winding down followed by a 52-yard bomb leaving :02 on the clock...please.

Sorry CC, I don't want to take credit away from you guys for today's effort but with your injury status this should have been an easy Vegas win. I'm not sure what else we could have done differently. I thought it was my gameplanning but it wasn't. I feel like we got Jim'd today. Based on the results I would say things are looking good for you guys for the rest of 2020.

A bit too close for me, would have hated to give Memphis their first win of the year.

TT, your luck will turn around and you will start winning games. How do I know?, you ask. Well, I own your first round pick, and I do not tend to get lucky with those, so you will get hot and make sure that pick is middle of the round or worse for me. I know in your heart you want nothing less then that for me.

That's my current motivation - diminishing the value of the picks I've traded away. It's on the same page of your book as taking out opponent's starters and playing spoiler down the stretch.
