I was wondering if there was interest in increasing the # of sims per week. In the PFL, we do 4....M-H. I would love to see it increase here to at least 3 per week. Not sure if the commish is up for it though, as it is time consuming. |

Nope, not for me. Busy most of the time with work, kids, kids activities that I am using recylced game plans that r not suitable for the current team. 2 per week is what we have found to be perfect in our laid back league. |

One of the main reasons I'm playing here is because of the slower schedule. Too much real life stuff to be able to handle a lot of sims every week. |

Guess I am just getting too antsy with rebuilding this team. Wish I would have found you guys during the past draft. |

It wouldn't be much of a burden for me to run one more sim per week. However, the culture of this league has been to maintain a slower pace, and I think that's good overall. The pace is helpful for those with busy lives, and helps (along with our resident assclown) to differentiate us from other leagues. That being said, I am sympathetic toward those who wish to proceed on to a brighter future as quickly as possible. We'll get there, don't worry! |

I couldn't do more sims per week. I'm already buried with work, school, and a 20 month old. |

Although my 20 month old seemed to grow overnight and I had freshman orientation tonight. I could have sworn I was changing his diapers when I drafted Mario Ah Yat. I don't miss the dirty diapers but we could use the Samoan Tsunami... |

I'm a college professor/associate dean, so please indulge me a bit while I salute those of you going to/going back to school. College is tough under the best of circumstances, but when coupled with the life events described here it can be a monumental challenge. Hell, I can barely handle being a prof while having young children, so please accept my admiring tip o' the cap to those of you juggling family, work, and school. |

If so, you already have all of the probabilities figured out for the game engine. Lol. |

Not stats specifically, but I am a psychology professor. I have a decent understanding of probability theory. |

Ugh. My next MBA course is stats-ish. WTF kind of name is Quantitative Reasoning for Business anyway? It's math. Call it frickin' math! I thought when I CLEP'd out of College Math (yes, the 6 credit CLEP test) after not cracking a math book since AP calculus in H.S. that I was done with math. Wrong-o. Math for 200 Alex... I might pursue my doctorate after my MBA too, because I don't want to pay back my student loans yet. |

If that's the case, I am going to pursue my MBA soon after... Thought I was going to be free with one of my commitments. Well, I will be retiring from the reserves in 4 years, so at least I have that to look forward to. |
