RaiderNation is having trouble getting his batch files to work under Vista. I believe he's already checked to make sure his batch files are referring to the proper "roaming" folder, but I'm on Win7 and don't know much about Vista. Anybody have any suggestions for him?

Yeah, would be appreciated. I've followed the instructions to the letter countless times and it still won't work :(

I simply entered new MP career. Put in League ID. Picked my team. Then put in my password.

No issues here. I have it loaded up in vista. Please give me details as to what the issue is, and I will try to help.

The instructions are not exact for Vista, but I figured it out on my own.

Please let me know here or by PM.

Thanks!

Jason

So my current problems are as follows:

When using the CFL shortcut it claims my exe. file can't be located. :(

When using the regular FOF shortcut and entering multiplayer it doesn't offer the right teams when using the 008 code....

Where are your batch files saved? Is it in AppData or Program Files?

Appdata...

So I switched where the batch files were searching to the program files and got it to start up correctly, and even got it to show the CFL league, but when I tried to go into the game it said that the saved game files were missing. Going to give it another shot tonight.

Missing saved game files doesn't mean it's not working, you just need more league files downloaded. It used to be that even if you downloaded all of the ones from the CFL website you could still get that error but I believe that has been fixed. There's another thread out there addressing the dreaded saved game file missing error.

Yeah program files is where the batch files need saving. Download the past league files and you'll be good to go mate.
