So.. I just realized why I'm getting my ass kicked... I've had my secondary lineup set to my preseason line up the whole time... with my 2 super stud corners playing the nickel and dime spots... sigh... |

Damn! In the 1st half, Sheehan ran all over me, I got killed by penalties and my offense couldn't get anything going... Managed to even things out in the 2nd half, but still lost... Good game Boston, congrats! |

Damn we got destroyed!? It seems all I saw was either "Vasquez hurries my qb into a bad throw" or holding on offense. Seeing their running game continually keep their offense on the field was no picnic, either. |

I have no idea what the hell has gotten into my defense this year, but we're only giving up seven points per game so far, best in the league. Thank god, since my offense is only averaging 11.3ppg, fifth worst in the league. 3-0 in El Paso! Amazing!!! |

Dola- And my D should only get better since I have a bye next week, which should allow one of my starting corners to get completely healthy and allow two of my better linebackers to get healthy enough to play... |

[quote2ee40a5="wademoore"]I've had my secondary lineup set to my preseason line up the whole time... with my 2 super stud corners playing the nickel and dime spots...[/quote2ee40a5] Ouch! You had 3 picks against me opening week without those two guys. So what's the official story, did you bench them for disciplinary reasons? [quote2ee40a5="backbreakers"]Damn we got destroyed!? It seems all I saw was either "Vasquez hurries my qb into a bad throw" or holding on offense. Seeing their running game continually keep their offense on the field was no picnic, either. Motormouth had 0 sacks for the 2nd straight week but did end up with 6 hurries! And yeah, my running game was dominant against your 1-6-4 lineup. Next up, Baltimore who we have never won against... |

How are the Phantoms 3-0? It's another one of lifes great mysteries, like How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Pop. |

[quotef22ad00="fantastic flying froggies"]Good game Boston, congrats![/quotef22ad00] I don't know if you saw this from the log of our game, FFF, but I thought this was weird: [codef22ad00]Possession to Boston. 1-10-NED01 (03:28) NED 26 Sheehan ran inside the right tackle for 4 yards. Tackled by DET 20 Kasper. Penalty: NED - Offensive Holding. Penalty was declined. 2-06-NED05 (03:22) NED 15 McMillan pass fell incomplete, intended for 83 Greene. DET 90 Parker defended the pass. [/codef22ad00] Does your HC have a high rating for "on crack" maybe? |

Long Beach's new slogan: "We make your defense look GOOD!" It wasn't like we had a "good" passing offense but it was much less pathetic before Worden (our best wideout who'd be a 4th wideout on most team) broked himself. Hopefully, we have some resemblence of an offense once he returns as an option. I also like the fact that we actually had decent field position and did zilch with it. Wundervol! |

I figured since you were already down at your 1yd line, the coach thought there was no point accepting the penalty as it would have been a 1st & 10 again... But hey, what do I know?, I 'm just a GM! |
