My old guys are looking old. Some of my young guys are looking old. And my Summer guy got hurt and, in all likelihood, smells old. Fantastic. |

Glad to hear it, almost afraid to look at my results. Running a baseline first while I struggle through some quantitative research homework.
Fantastic. |

Not too bad, my summer leaguer really did well. But after TC my second round pick is now a 12/19....probably cut before the preseason is over. |

Overall going into exhibition season, my roster seems to be about the same as last season. rookies rating from tc upshaw wr 1st -7/-6 still unsigned (top 3 league picks from the draft are all still unsigned is that usual? I don't recall that happening in solo play) baxter cb +3/-7 boone s +5/-4 howe lb +3/-6 gindin +3/-8 and thomason my starting running back took a -8/-8 hit. kind of a blah start to the season, geez I hope upshaw signs, unsigned #1 draft pick would suck! |

1.29 - CB Zach Chasser - 47/71 - +4/-1 - Pretty much ecstatic with this. His endurance isn't great and he has a 0 for punishing hitter, but for 1.29 he seems like a steal. 2.28 - LT Daryl Everett - 30/49 - +5/+1 - Not a spectacular camp, but this was a big need and he's at least moving the right way. Probably will creep a little. 3.29 - ILB Brant Davies - 26/50 - +3/-4 - Disappointing camp and terrible endurance, but he'll still be a contributor. 4.28 - S Percy Whiting - 25/36 - +3/0 - I didn't like our talent at FS and he'll at least provide decent depth there. 5.29 - FB Jay Malone - 26/48 - +5/+9 - Great camp. The plan is to move him to TE where he could be a long term starter. 6.28 - CB Steven Delisle - 14/46 - +3/-4 - Very raw. I like his INT skills, but I'm not sure if he'll make the team. 7.29 - LB Maurice May - 15/45 - +3/-3 - Might make the team just because we have no talent at LB. Probably 3 long term starters in this group and some quality depth guys. The only thing I don't like is that most of the class has poor endurance, but that's more of a nitpick than anything. |

1 - 9 (9) WR Xavier Mott 30/58 pre, 33/60 post (+3/+2) I was hoping to get a bigger boost considering his combine scores. Still, happy with the pick and he should be a starter for 10+ years. 2 - 8 (40) C Ernest Ward 26/78 pre, 36/75 post. (+10/-3) Bit concerned about the -3, need to wait and see if he continues to drop. All my decent interior linemen are getting old, time to start replacing them... Penciled in as a starter. 3 - 12 (76) DT Randal Humes 17/49 pre, 21/49 post (+4/0) Drafted him to move him to DE. Not a long term solution, but better then what I have now. 4 - 11 (107) ILB Gino Wayne 21/41 pre, 24/38 post (+3/-3) 46/88 PRT and 58 PRS, drafted to be my WLB. That 0/9 endurance is going to be a problem... 5 - 10 (138) K Antonio Dobler 36/67 pre, 37/67 post (1/0) Seems every year I am looking for a kicker. He didn't drop in TC, so maybe this time I found one that will stick. 6 - 9 (169) CB Jeremy Dawkins 23/51 pre, 28/48 post (5/-3) Drafted him to give myself a little depth at CB. Another -3... 7 - 8 (200) RB Luther Sweeney 19/49 pre, 21/44 post (2/-5) He'll make the team, continue to fade, and be cut in 3 years. Should have 2 solid long term starters (Mott & Dobler), 2 iffy (Ward & Wayne), and 2 backups (Humes & Dawkins). It all depends on if those -3's continue to drop. |

I didn't get a file from Texas, unfortunately.
