Why can't we offer contracts off the post draft file? Don't we need to be able to do that to export for Late FA Stage 1?

The league office has decided to suspend Bud Gerhardt of Detroit for the 2034 season. Gerhardt tested positive for tobacco use, in violation of the league's strict anti-smoking policy.

The league office has decided to suspend Andy Brewer of Texas for the 2034 season. Brewer was arrested for assault, in violation of the league's strict anti-violence policy.

The league office has decided to suspend R.J. Alston of Tulsa for the 2034 season. Alston was arrested for a weapons violation, in violation of the league's strict anti-violence policy.

Stadium measure by Arizona, Oregon, El Paso, Albany, Tulsa, Honolulu and Ohio failed. You are all free to move (but that would be franchise suicide).

I know about the file, i just put out it out with the draftee's.. Tomorrow I'll put out the next file. I kinda jumped the gun alittle bit.. Really wanted to see the rookie but I didn't want to skip a stage.

Looking over the list of hold outs - a lot of mediocre players have awfully high opinions of themselves.

The Wolfpack are in trouble with Warren Davis - I don't think he will accept a contract after being franchised twice. Of course, the AI could just franchise him forever.

I did it 3 seasons in a row with S Norm Sabol, works fine, sure theey're impossible to sign after that

Gaylor held out on me. Gonna have to find some guys who can play a little at the position
