Well, That game didn't go as planned. I at least thought it was gonna be closer. GG Fonzie. You really had my number.
On the bright side Tulsa did end an 10 year playoff drought this year.

We got off to a slow start but came back to win against Brooklyn. MLB Charles Shepard set a new Bulldogs team playoff record with 13 tackles (bettered his mark of 11 in the wild card game last season).

Not sure why we did this at the end of the game?

Durham: Pro formation, strength is left. The defense is in a 34 and 2-deep man-to-man coverage, keying aggressively on the run.
1-10-DUR04 (4Q: 00:36) Desmond Cobb dropped to one knee for -1 yards.
Brooklyn called a time out.
Durham: Single-Back formation with four receivers, strength is left. The defense is in a 34 with nickel personnel and 3-deep zone coverage, expecting the run.
2-11-DUR03 (4Q: 00:24) Desmond Cobb pass completed to WR Wayne Lett for 40 yards. Tackled by CB Ernest Brewster. Lett gained 33 yards after the catch.
Final Score: Durham Bulldogs 24, Brooklyn Brawlers 13

GG Taco (aka Shepard)

I'm not sure either on that play, but good luck rest of the way. Key turnovers at interesting places in the game.

It was a fun game to watch!

Congrats to all the playoff teams and good luck!

GG to you too. Not entirely sure what happened today, but I'll take it. I'll assume that the boys were simply pissed off at that horrible four-game slide we had late in the season, and wanted to make a statement. Or something.

And congrats on getting Tulsa back to the dance! Bright things are ahead for the Talons.
