A big win for us on the road at Texas. 5 field goals and zero TD's wasn't exactly pretty, but good enough for the win.

GG Texas.

Please check to see if my upload was used. I had a confirmation from the old site and re-uploaded it on the new site and got confirmation, but still ended up with a free agent starting at QB for me when I had set the back-ups to 1st and 2nd on the depth chart and put Cole as 3rd QB "Out".....

Also.....This is the first time in about 10 tries that I have been able to log on to the web page.... Not sure if it's just me.

Just realized that I switched to Firefox for this attempt..... Not sure why that makes a difference. It's like it took my password on explorer, logged me in, then booted me back out.

I received a file from you and it imported correctly.

Please post in the website update post and tell taco about the logging problems.

Ill chat with Taco and see if we can put the old upload script in for the time being.

Can you try clearing your cookies on IE? That should fix the logon problems. Let me know if it doesn't.

So if I have a QB that is "out" He is allowed to be the 3rd string QB but you still must have 3 healthy QB's on the roster? Is that why the AI signed another QB for me and started him?

Hmmm, not sure. Thought you could have the QB3 injured and not have to sign anyone but I could be wrong. I'll search on fofc for an answer.

The 3rd QB can be out, so you have needed to sign another QB. However, if you had any other roster errors (missing place kick holder perhaps), and the AI decided it had to tinker with your roster, it would probably sign a healthy QB3 in addition to whatever other changes it felt needed to be made.

GG, Masked, congrats on the win. We hung in there, but couldn't pull out the game - our offense disappeared in the 4th quarter (2 turnovers in our own territory) and overtime (9 plays for only 12 yards).

And Omaha is now leading the Atlantic Division!?!?!?

Did anyone find out if you have to have 4 QB's on the roster if one is "out" and slotted as the third QB?

I went through my whole team and that was the only reason I could find for the AI to sign a QB..... No other depth chart issue was exposed. I mean, it's possible I made a mistake, but I spent a lot of time on that export. It cut a player I wanted, so I'll be resigning him this week.

The only message I got when submitting the export was in regards to QB's..

I had Cole "Out" slotted as the 3rd string...

I'd like to know so I can figure if I can cut a QB now or not.

You are allowed to have 3 QBs with one being "out" as the 3rd QB. If you got a message when exporting then it sounds to me like your QB depth chart was messed up. You should be able to cut a QB now and export without getting a warning. If you get a warning, then I think it means something is wrong. (At least that's how I understand it works, I haven't tried it to confirm)

Based on your QB's placeholding ranking, I would go with Masked on this one, and guess he was still on that duty, thus the changes made. You will not see him there after the fact, because the AI rearranged your depth chart. You should have no problems releasing the QB you do not want, but I would make sure your depth charts are full and you leave one open roster spot for the guy you want to resign.
