In IHOF we're required to post any position changes in a forum, a system that seems to work well. Guard/Tackle type switches are obviously fine, but what about moving a RB to WR, or trying a running QB as a situation RB. Obviously this wouldn't be good for the elite players, but a marginal QB trying as a situational back could be fair to try out. I think the best is to deal with it on a case by case basis.
