It depends what moderate means- and if we allow free for all, does that mean people could change a QB to Punter? I dont think we should allow that...moderate as in Gaurd to Tackle, would you be able to move Tackle to C. Or what about Tackle to DT (say you have a horrible T but need a DT to fill a rsoter spot?

Moderate.

Sure change a DT to a Guard or a RB to a WR. But no QB's to Kickers as Doug mentioned above.

I don't think anyone in the league is that "low" to do something like that.

I voted moderate, only because I fear that the free-for-all would cause player sabotage. I don't think that anybody is that low, but you never can tell.

In IHOF we're required to post any position changes in a forum, a system that seems to work well. Guard/Tackle type switches are obviously fine, but what about moving a RB to WR, or trying a running QB as a situation RB. Obviously this wouldn't be good for the elite players, but a marginal QB trying as a situational back could be fair to try out. I think the best is to deal with it on a case by case basis. By having to post the position changes you can just glance over obvious ones like RT to LT and OLB to ILB, and if another type of situation does occur (which I doubt will happen that frequently), the merits of it can be reviewed.

This system sounds good. I would have no problem with that.

In the eNFL we allow changes such as T to G. SE to FL. MLB to WLB etc.
Nothing that would ruin a player. Crush his ratings.

I would vote a big NO to QB to RB etc. That is going too far.

Someone was telling me (either Doug or mckerney) that if a QB was changed to a RB, than that player would have a higher potential.
