What is it with the ties this season? Also, try to sign a guy who has been a FA for 4 weeks and get outbid. Release my backup fullback to try to sign him, don't bother to do the release only if last guy you offer a contract to signs thing, and then my FB goes down with a 26 week ACL injury. I need some bacon, scotch, and to watch the Ron Burgundy Sportscenter coming up here in a bit. |

We put up a 50 burger against St. Louis, scoring 31 points in the 4th quarter. That's a nice way to end a 2-game losing streak. |

Ah....Sweet victory. Awesome game RH.... Easily could have gone either way. The defensive units really cancelled out the opposing teams stars. My kicker shook off last weeks dismal performance to go 3-3 including the game winner. 6-3 isn't bad when you consider the 3 losses were Hartford, Omaha, and Shreveport and we avenged the Shreveport loss. |

Aaaahhhh! So close! Our inability to convert a late interception into a TD left the door wide open for a FG loss. Heck of a game and proof of how evenly our teams match up. Somehow we both managed to win on the road. Back to neck-and-neck in the division. Good game, Aamalin. We apparently forgot to give Marco Bennett his Ensure before the game.

Week 10s matchup of A.C. vs Hartford was the most important divisional game in the Yankee division since the last week of the 2032 season. We got off to a very quick start scoring on our 3 opening drives while holding Atlantic City to 20 yards and 3 punts. Only complaint I have is that while we made it to the red zone 5 times, we settled for short field goals three times - hopefully, our red zone efficiency improves when Tarzan makes it back on the field. edit re red zone efficiency - after going to look at the stats, I'm realize that I'm rather spoiled. Hartford has led the league in points per visit for 3 of the past 4 years and we're 5th in the league this year (with a 0.1 pt/visit lead over the 2035 squad. Of the top teams in the league, Durham, Atlantic City, and Tucson seem to struggle here. In particular, Durham has failed to score on 15% of their red zone trips (while Omaha has scored every time they've made it to the red zone). |

ELP jumped on us early and never looked back. We had a chance to get back in it at the beginning of the 2nd half, but a pick in the end zone killed the drive. GG. |

GG Hartford. When is the vote on division re-alignment with the new version? Rick |
