Could be a solid qb draft..

Woodard looks like the only franchise QB. He's going to be one hell of a running QB with that 4.43 speed. Also seems to be lacking in Long and Deep throws but he will be still be great in all other categories. Should go #1 overall.

After that there seems to be quite a few system QBs available in this draft. I could see at least two or three Good rated players.

Definitely a year to get a QB.

I see a couple that if they fall to the late 1st I would take plus a couple more that should go in the 2nd if someone like there interview results, so much randomness with QBs though tough to pull the trigger.

I didnt interview any QBs but good luck to those who did! My scouting results turned up nicely

One challenge I'm facing is my coaching staff and their inconsistent bars in Interview. HC and AC are outstanding, everyone else is nonexistent. I think I'll have to go with Average to low volatility players to avoid busts, look at their combine scores, and bars....and go throwback. Throwback any very high volatility rookies.

What does interviewing ability have to do with volatility?

I always thoguht volatility strikes every year and its effects would be independent of what players presigning scouting/interviewing looked like.

Well, I don't like high volatility rookies, and my coach's interviewing ability sux, so I don't really know if their assessments are spot on.

Well I got a shiny new RB, hopefully he can take some pressure off of my young QB

Could move down from 1.26 for the right offer. Something like early 2nd and early 3rd (or future 2nd).
