Huntington Beach, CA (AP) - The Huntington Beach Capitalists unveiled a re-designed team logo, updating the classic city skyline that has been synonymous with the team since it's founding.

"This is just the latest in a series of exciting changes for the Capitalists over the last year that reflect a positive new direction for the franchise," said Castlerock, Vice President/General Manager. "We want people to associate this new logo with the kind of aggressiveness and toughness they can expect from our team and throughout the organization but ultimately we want people to associate it with success."

Huntington Beach also announced today that the team will have new uniforms shortly. The re-designed uniforms are in the final development stages and will be unveiled in the coming days.

The new Capitalists merchandise is available now at the team's official website http://www.hbcapitalists.com and at the Capitalists training facility as well as the 12 local locations of Sports Authority, the official merchandise headquarters of the Huntington Beach Capitalists.
