Anthony Jennings was not too happy by being the second best kick returner this year and vows to return yet another kick for a score. To top it off, he claims it will be the winning TD to send the Rounders to the second round!

The trade certainly worked out well for Shreveport, but we didn't do so bad either. We cleared a ton of cap space and traded two guys who are both in their 10th year for a young guy who will take over as a starting tackle next year, and a young defensive lineman. We also managed to go 12-4 and capture the top seed in the WFC.

Yeah, I think that Boise did a good job of swapping out some aging veterans for some youth who will produce in years to come. Marvin Athey has done far more for the Pride than any other player that we've ever traded for. He was on pace of a record setting year (Tom Sonkin aside) before Pedro Lopez went down and teams could start double teaming him more. Derrick Javier hasn't produced to my expectations, but it's hard to get production amidst the rest of the talent I have on defense.

Dola . . .

After calling out Derrick Javier on his performance, the man comes through with the Defensive Player of the week performance in the wild card round. 5 Tackles, 2 Assists, 2.5 Sacks. Well done Mr. Javier, well done.
