I cleared the database from last season, so everyone will need to register.

To register, go to the link above and select the register tab. Your username is your teams 3 letter abbreviation. For example, my username is HAR.

The utility sets all teams without a registered owner to select immediately; therefore, you must register in the utility [b7697151]prior[/b7697151] to the draft if you do not want the utility to autopick for you.

Teams may begin making picks at anytime. In past years we usually get through the first 5-10 picks before the clock starts.

Once the draft starts, the time limits are as follows:
Round 1: 4 hours
Round 2: 3 hours
Round 3: 2 hours
Round 4: 2 hours
Round 5: 1 hours
Round 6: 1 hours
Round 7: 1 hours

Additional Rules:

-After 1 missed pick, you will only receive 10% of the allotted time. After a second missed pick your time is reduced another 90% - essentially, you pick immediately.

-Teams will only be "on the clock" during official draft hours, from 8:00 a.m. ET to Midnight.

-If you make a trade from now until the end of the draft, remember to trade the picks in the utility.

Won't happen this year though, with CPU picks at the top of the order.

Might be a good idea to pull the trigger for them some time tomorrow or even earlier...

That's the plan - I wanted to wait a bit in case someone noticed a problem or if we got a new owner. I'll start the draft either very late tonight or tomorrow. The clock won't be on for a few more days though.

I was out of town from the start of the offseason until now and I can't seem to register with the utility. It keeps telling me to go to hell.

nix that...when I used the right link I was able to register...now to pick blind. Maybe I should just let the computer take over after all.
