I had a crazy idea while sleeping - a massive CFL dynasty. It would be like an object orientated project where everyone does a single part. It would raise awarness for our league. We could aslo have the single player dynasties as well to go in to more depth with the individual teams.

Thoughts?

Great idea. I wanted to do the week 3 review to create more immersion in the league - the live sims are great, but if you can't be there then you're feeling a little alienated if the discussion and trash talking isn't spilling over to the forum.

Brilliant!

I think you all know that I would be up for it!

Ideas on exactly how it would work? I mean.. did you have in mind that everyone would post about their team, that it would only be league wide news, or what?

Maybe like ESPN where each guy has a responsibility.. one does power rankings, one does GoW, one does Tuesday Morning QB, etc?

I will do general league info.

I assume 3ric will do the weekly reports.

Anyone else want to sign up for anything?

I'll do some sort of a Rookie Watch/ROTW deal.

I can't make a commitment to do something twice a week, however, I had the idea of doing a magazine story on a player once every 1-2 weeks or so.

This is how it would work:

I would contact the team owner of the player I want to do the story on. Get some background information on who they think he is, what kind of attitude he has, nicknames, etc. Then I'd put that together with information from inside the game to give a "behind the player" perspective to some of the more famous players in our league to make them more famous and make them more 3 dimensional. I'd probably even do a poll to find out who people want the story done on.

What do you think?

I will do MVP watch as often as possible (atleast every 4 games, maybe every 2 now and then)...

i may have some here and their articles... I'm contemplating something like "TJ's Take" on ESPN.com which just discusses 4 or 5 highlights from the game week...

I'd be willing to do an injury watch, as I did in the preseason, updating major injuries after each week.

Bust working? Shit, that sounds like fun.

Well, uh, you got your 'A', your 'B', your 'C', and then you got your 'D', which of course is the largest.
