September 2nd - FA 12/14 (Reserved For Live Draft)
September 3rd - FA 13-16
September 4th - FA 17-20

This is a very tentative schedule. I do not think we will complete the live draft within three chats and we will probably have some changes. However, this should serve as the basis for getting the off-season started.

Doug's schedule had us taking an extra day before the first FA stage. I think this makes sense as that first stage will take the most time for us to create our exports.

Can we change the schedule to this:

Wed. 8/18 - Staff Hiring 2 & 3
Thu. 8/19 - Franchise Tags
Fri. 8/20
Sat. 8/21 - FA 1
Sun. 8/22 - FA 2
...

Also, what do you mean by "Reserved For Live Draft"? I thought we were going to do the first two rounds by using the message board, followed by 3 live drafts for rounds 3-7. I'm confused...

I do not think an extra day is required. The draft will start on the message board and co-exsit with the live draft chats.

I am open to suggestion times. I may not be able to be there for everyone of them. If that is the case, I will appoint someone to see over the draft.

10pm est would be very rough for me...

If we could do earlier, that would be ideal... I have to be up at 4 am est in the mornings... And we're talking about starting at 10... the first round would not be over until.. what... 1 or something?

Anytime after 7pm EST would work for me.

Being in Europe at EST +6 hours, I will have a very hard time making an evening or night (for you guys) draft.
However, being pretty much alone in this case (apart from 3ric I think), I do not expect the rest of the league to work to my hours.

In summary, work it out among yourselves and I will do my best, without much hope, to join the live draft...

Are there any stages that I'm missing?
