I've been playing FOF since the EA Sports days, and the upcoming release of FOF7 has renewed my interest in this great game.

It looks like you have a mature and well-established league, and I'd be interested in taking over St. Louis or Baltimore if you'll have me. Thanks.

Let's go with St. Louis.... looks like they will be drafting several picks behind Baltimore next season, but it seems like they have better young talent that still might be useful five seasons from now when I am hopefully ready to compete. Thanks.

Thanks for your help JJ Smitty. I got the email with the password and have downloaded all the files from the league website.

One problem: when I try to join the game, St. Louis is not listed as an option to choose in the team dropdown. 90% of the franchises in my FOF match up to the CFL website, but I have options to choose Chicago, Huntington Bay, and Tampa Bay in FOF, when it appears from the league website that those franchises are now in Iowa City, St. Louis, and Atlanta.

I am guessing that perhaps those teams have moved cities recently and that I downloaded an outdated franchise location file from the league website somehow?

I'm wondering whether:

1. I need to download an updated file with the correct franchise locations, OR

2. Someone can tell me which team (Chicago, Huntington Beach, or Tampa Bay) turned into St. Louis, and I can just sign up for that team and everything will get straightened out once I actually get into the game, OR

3. There is some much more complicated solution involved. If this is going to require a lot of work to fix, I'd be fine just taking Baltimore, who I do see on my team selection dropdown, rather than St. Louis.

Looks like those were the files I had... I redownloaded them and tried again, but I'm still off by the same three cities.

I think I may have gotten in OK. It looks like I needed to sign in as Tampa on my computer since that was the other team left in the division with Durham, Omaha, and Baltimore for some reason, but my screens in FOF are defaulting to St. Louis now.

Is there any way to check if things look right on your end? Should I try to do something like attempt to sign one of my players to an extension and submit the file to see if that looks right?

Sounds like you got it figured out...Tampa Bay relocated to St Louis, so you should be good to go.
