We are now using the draft utility- if you lost your password PM me and I will get that to you as soon as I can. Also- would someone be willing to help out with the draft when I can't be around?
Please use the draft lists- and set it to pick immediatley to help keep things moving quickly. The draft rule is once your time is up people can jump ahead and make picks...my rule with this will be, if your pick falls more than 5 spots I will go in and pick someone for you.

I'm willing to help out with the draft. It can be my way of slowing helping out again. Just PM me with details...

One thing- entering the picks is kind of tedious so if everyone can just check their picks to make sure no errors were made- that'd really help me out.

OK, I just entered an entire 30-player preference list, and after I picked "Choose", it gave me a bunch of sql errors and didn't save any.

Luckily I printed out my list before picking "Choose", so when the pref list is working I can re-enter just fine.

Smart idea in printing out the list. Aren't you supposed to hit "compress" before you hit "choose" though?

I dont think you have to hit compress- but I think i remember seeing somewhere that the preference list only works up to 20 or so? Maybe try putting in that many and see what happens? it should be working...

I tried entering just 1 player and got an error also. I have emailed tredwel about it. I didn't try hitting compress...

Yup, hit compress and then choose and still got the error.

Thank god for flere and his copy and paste idea...

Awesome, things seem to be starting to pick up speed a bit... I imagine after a full day goes by after this posting that we'll really move along...

I'm definately in favor of shortening the time limit around round 4 of the draft... Strongly encourage people to use the utility...

Well we started earlier yesterday than when the time limit ends, so I'm assuming thats how he went over.

"Compress" doesn't do anything for me. What's it supposed to do?

Other than that the utility is working fine for me.

I think once the draft starts and players get picked off of your list, the compress button will move your players up to fill the empty spots so that that you can add more folks to the bottom.

I haven't used it yet, though, so that's just my best guess...
