I am intereste din hearing many different opinions on how you thought the CFL off season went. Remember, I will use this info to make things better in the future. I think for the first offseason, it went well. Some things need to be improved like an updated schedule, etc.

The draft was a bear - but all in all it went well.

Everything went well- the draft needs to go a little quicked with the first 2 rounds. Once we started holding the live draft for the later rounds things went very smoothly.

No comment, as I joined the fun too late for the draft and most of the offseason...

I agree with Doug - the draft is hard to speed up with less than 100% dedication from all 32 owners... when less was at stake (rounds 3-7) things got rolling. Otherwise I was happy with how the offseason went.

I thought it went well. Draft needs to be speeded up, but other than that it was great!

Our biggest problem was starting the draft AFTER the FA stages. We need to do it during....

We did start the draft during the FA stages. We started it after the 4th stage or so which I thought was the best time to start - after the best free agents had already signed.

The only other suggestion that I have is that we should have a clearly posted schedule of when exports are due at least a couple of weeks in advance. I think this will be easier in the future now that we've been through one offseason. It's hard for me, and probably others also, when the schedule gets made up as we go along.

That said, I thought the offseason went well and I look forward to many more!

We started it, but it wasnt mandatory. Thats why we were still in the first round 2 weeks later. If you knew who you wanted, you could make your pick.
