The [b540bddc]Baltimore Bombers[/b540bddc] (7-6) defeated the [b540bddc]Honolulu Blue Pacific[/b540bddc] (9-4) by a score of 14-10. The winning touchdown was scored with only 20 seconds on the clock, at the end of a 13 play, 80 yard drive. [b540bddc]Ronnie Tu[/b540bddc] and the Blue Pacific were held to 241 yards of total offense, thanks to DE [b540bddc]Billy Hopper[/b540bddc] who had 7 total tackles, 3 sacks, 2 blocked passes, and 2 QB hurries to win the defensive player of the week award. Last week, Hopper had 5 total tackles, 3.5 sacks, and 5 QB hurries.

The offensive player of the week award goes to Anchorage QB [b540bddc]Lane Manuel[/b540bddc], who threw for 359 yards and 5 TDs in the Wolfpacks' 41-24 victory over the [b540bddc]Boston Panthers[/b540bddc]. The Panthers outgained the Wolfpack 451-390, but lost the turnover battle 5-0.

The [b540bddc]Sacramento Dragons[/b540bddc] (6-7) shut down [b540bddc]Arthur Brady[/b540bddc] and the [b540bddc]Chicago Hitmen[/b540bddc] (2-11) and won 25-17. Brady was held to 93 yards and now has 1,753 rushing yards for the season, 186 shy of the single season record held by Dragon [b540bddc]Alexis Rounds[/b540bddc]. Dragon kicker [b540bddc]Branden Eastman[/b540bddc] became the first player since 2006 to kick 6 field goals in a game. The all time record is 7 field goals, set by Tampa Bay kicker [b540bddc]Felton Cooper[/b540bddc] in a game against Sacramento back in 2006.

The [b540bddc]Huntington Beach Capitalists[/b540bddc] (6-7) upset the [b540bddc]Detroit Vampires[/b540bddc] (8-5) by a final of 23-6. The Capitalist pass defense was superb, limiting Detroit QB [b540bddc]Freddie Mathias[/b540bddc] to 12-39 passing for only 90 yards, and sacking him 3 times. The Capitalist secondary defended 14 passes during the game, and five different Detroit receivers dropped catchable passes.

In Durham, the [b540bddc]Bulldogs[/b540bddc] (8-5) defense dominated the [b540bddc]Las Vegas Rounders[/b540bddc] offense, surrendering only 177 total yards. It was 20-0 at halftime, and the final score was 26-3. Durham put up 5 sacks, 5 forced fumbles, and 6 QB hurries as a team.

Next came a pair of games that were over just as quickly as they started. The [b540bddc]Long Beach Calibri[/b540bddc] (7-6) jumped out to a 21-0 first quarter lead against the [b540bddc]Cleveland Flats[/b540bddc] (4-9) and held on for an easy 38-7 victory. Meanwhile, the [b540bddc]New York Knights[/b540bddc] (8-5) put up 24 unanswered points in the first quarter and cruised to a 44-6 win over the [b540bddc]Oregon Ice[/b540bddc] (4-9).

The [b540bddc]Albany Crows[/b540bddc] (8-5) are right in the playoff hunt after their 12-10 win over the [b540bddc]Santa Cruz Privateers[/b540bddc] (3-10). Albany DT [b540bddc]Kendrick Gunn[/b540bddc] scored a touchdown on a blocked punt, but injured his hamstring in the games final minutes and will miss the remainder of the season. Gunn in the career sack leader for the Crows with 28, including 6.5 this season.

In El Paso, QB [b540bddc]Dustin Hayes[/b540bddc] was picked off 4 times by the [b540bddc]Shreveport Pride[/b540bddc] (6-7), as the Pride got their first shutout in team history, 23-0. The [b540bddc]El Paso Rockets[/b540bddc] fell to 7-6, and are now tied with the [b540bddc]Fargo Boxcars[/b540bddc] for last place in the very competitive Cavalry Division.

Here is a look ahead at some of the big games in Week 15:
