Since this is the first MP free agency period for me, I have a small question re restricted free agents.
How do they work exactly ? Can other teams attempt to sign them or do they have to wait till after the draft ?

I think you have to wait until after training camp to be able to sign any RFA. AFAIK, the game treats RFA's as if they were exclusive rights free agents.
