The Torpedoes sit atop the AC ATLANTIC, but their lead is slim and there is no margin for error. The Torpedoes (7-5) travel to play the Santa Cruz Privateers (6-6) next week and need to find a way to win this game. Can the Torpedoes find a way to win on the road or will the Privateers prevail at home? Torpedoes Head Coach, Alvin Peterson had these comments after the game, "This was a disappointing loss. We need to play better defensively. We allowed too many yards and couldn't come up with key stops. We had our chances in this game, but we couldn't get it done. We need to put this loss aside and get back on track next week with a win. We will review the game film and find ways to improve. We travel to play the Santa Cruz Privateers next week and need to win this game. We need to set the tone early on defense, get our ground game going, and make this a physical game if we want to have a shot at winning this game!"
